The location was convenient, being situated close to the seaside and near the shops and restaurants in the city center. the room was spacious and had the necessary amenities, such as a washing machine and balcony.
The lack of cleanliness and poor service made for a less-than-pleasant stay.

Staff very helpful, apartment was nice excellent location near beach and close to supermarkets and shopping.
They could use better cutlery and hot water finished quite quickly

Very quiet and private residence, Just like renting our own appartment we were left alone (which we liked). All facilities available (inc. dishwasher, washing machine ) to make our stay very easy and independant - Also location was great - 10mins from Rail / bus station, 5 mins from beach and large supermarket and shops / pharmacy and resturants / bank / car rental all next door to appartment building. Perfect location - Also very secure - appartment door and building door fitted with high security locks.
Not 100% sound proof - you can hear chairs moving around above you - so as long as there are no noisy residents (which is unlikely) it's ok.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in the heart of the shopping area and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage after checking out, which was a huge convenience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great feature.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It offers a variety of amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and airport shuttle service.

Cheap parking at 10 euro/day was the best point as it is very busy in the area and free (or cheap) spaces are rare. Towels changed every day and
This hotel is 2 stars at best. Dirty and used. Nowhere near the 4 stars advertised. The soap and shampoo were almost empty, only enough for one wash but we were 2 adults and a child. I believe the mattresses had bed bugs. Couldn't rest at all. The air conditioning/heating was so noisy that we had to switch it off. I shouldn't have expected any more for the price we paid but if I knew the state of the room I would have paid a little more and sleep well.

We had a great stay in this city, the hotel's location is perfect, being in the center of Cannes and by the beach. It's just a short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and had everything we needed, with secure parking available. The staff was friendly and helpful, always responsive to our needs.
No issues.

The only things that were ok were the balconies and the bathroom.
They offered a two bedroom apartement for six people. There was only one bedroom with a double bed and two other double beds standing somwhere in the rather big apartement.

Good location, good price
Cleaning of the room is only a 1 time during 6 days. There is nothing for washing up in the kitchen. You will have to buy everything.

During my new year stay, I enjoyed the great location where I could easily find affordable eating places and supermarkets. Additionally, the staff was very friendly, responsive, and helpful with our parking needs. Moreover, the apartment was comfortable with spacious living areas and well-equipped kitchens that made our stay almost luxurious.
We faced some issues with parking, as we had to pay for it. Also, the place was a bit noisy at times due to its busy neighborhood. However, overall, our stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and affordable stay in a central location.

Very spacious apartment. We had a huge balcony with a fabulous view over the mountains & Cannes city. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach & along the main shopping strip. Also not far from the station.
Maintenance is lacking a little. Not the cleanest place, but good value for money.

Best aspects of the hotel were its location and the amenities offered. It was only a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. , it had a working WiFi, which was essential for my business trip. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent and the staff was accommodating.
The noise level at night which made it difficult to sleep. , the room had a strange smell and dated furnishings.
